You have to admit, he’s got himself a pretty sweet deal there, good location, handy for the shops, hot and.. errr hot running lava. No problems heating the place in the winter that’s for certain. Pity about the neighbours and random wandering heroes popping in to trash the place, but I’m sure with whatever Deathwing is paying him he can find some security guards to help out.
